the body is all plastic which makes it easy to rinse off without rust.the blades are very sharp.i use it every day. by scorpio49
I like this gizmo except that when julienning carrots etc. it left hunks large enough to need to extract them and finish w/ knife by hand. This sorta defeated the purpose. by Barbara Boone
